Don't ever be afraid to run. Yes sometimes it hurts, tiring, You are too tired, your not in the mood, or sometimes all four but afterwards you will feel amazing, Pumped, Happy, Full of energy, and just be in a better mood all the way around not to mention how happy your body and heart will be that you ran.
I am not saying go out and run a 5K right away or ever, Just go outside and run for the heck of it you and your body will thank you. I know mine does and I plan on continuing and when I get better run in a 5K. I have done the Conquer the bridge 5K in San Pedro in 2012 and plan on beating my time of one hour and twenty six minuets next time I sign up for the run probably in 2014.
